Personal Data: Will store any personal data that you opted to share with WordPress, locally on our own WordPress site. The Cake Mistress does not store our backups off-site with a third party.

Purpose: Plugin that assists with email list building
Personal Data: Your email address, and name if supplied. Works in conjunction with MailChimp (see above), therefore your data is stored in the US by MailChimp.

Purpose: Lets visitors pin our content to Pinterest with ease

YouTube video Widget (Google)
Purpose: Allows visitors to watch our YouTube channel without leaving our website

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may have to disclose personal information to comply with legal requirements, such as court orders, subpoenas, public authorities and issues of national security.
